Long & Triple Jump Competition
Long jump and triple jump is only like 3 days away! Like OMFG!! I totally suck in long jump..zzz only sometimes can reach 3m...so i decided to seek help. I would like to thanks Jasmine and Nick on helping me with my long and triple jump! Jasmine thought me diffrent techniques...on how to do triple jump. At first, my triple jump can never reach the pit. But now, after her help, it's further THAN the pit..PROPS to JASSY!! SHe was always saying, visualize and think about where you want to land for my triple jump! And before you jump, do about 3 streching jumps.
I visualized..LONG ENOUGH...FOR MY TRIPLE JUMP LOL!! I was like saying to myself " right foot rght foot..!! OVER THE PIT OVER THE PIT..."...Then, it came to the jump itself... Ready, SET, GOOOOOO!!!... Woo! I sprinted towards the line, and poof.. HOOOP STEEP JUMMPPPP!! AND OVER THE PIT!!!!!! ME and jas were like OMG...aahaha She is such a good teacher!!
To make sure i really have it in myself already. I tried again. i was at the very end. I visualized. Concetrated. I did the high jumps 3 times. And i Went for it again. As usual, i sprinted for the tripple jump line. And again, HOP STEP JUMPPPP..OVER THE PIT. JAs clapped. She was happy with me. i was damn happy about it. ahahha THANKS SOOO MUCH JAS! COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!!
Nick helped in a way too. He gave me tips which i used. But those tips are SECRET!!! ahhaha Nick is purple house's GOLD MEDALIST. GRATZ NICK!!~ He gave me some tips which i used when training with jas. IT worked too! Hahhah THanks nick! Anyways, i forgot take picture..Aduh man..so excited until didnt take picture..anyways, some other time.
